Harris Kaplan Presents at LSI USA ’26
At LSI USA ’26, Managing Partner Harris Kaplan presented Litmys’ proprietary RAMPx™ model and discussed why commercial adoption risk should be evaluated far earlier in the product development process than many companies do today.
In his presentation, Harris explored a challenge facing many life sciences companies today: products are often evaluated primarily through clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement lenses before companies fully understand whether the market is truly prepared to adopt them.
RAMPx was developed to help companies answer that question earlier and more objectively by assessing the factors that drive real-world adoption across physicians, patients, payers, workflows, and healthcare systems.
The session highlighted:
Why approval does not automatically translate into adoption
How Phase 3 decisions can shape long-term commercial success
The three core dimensions of product adoption measured within the RAMPx framework
Why behavioral, operational, and market realities often determine launch outcomes as much as clinical performance
How RAMPx can help companies make more informed development, portfolio, and forecasting decisions
